Information

What to bring to class:

  • Water bottle, preferably one you can carry while running.
  • Electrolytes and nutrition, email me if you have any questions about this.
  • Comfortable running clothing and footwear.
  • Sunscreen and insect repellent (if necessary)

Note on Minimal Footwear:

If you are only beginning to run in Five Fingers or any other type of minimalist footwear, it is suggested you take a BAREFOOTING Class before attempting to wear these on a SURVIVAL Running Class.

Refunds and Cancellations:

48 hour cancellation is preferred and 24 hour is required for refund. An email cancellation will be accepted. Refunds are issued within one week.
