TRAIL SPEED + AGILITY FALL SESSIONS

The intent is on speed and is appropriate for all levels of ability. For the novice, this will get you up to speed. For the veteran, this will get you tuned with workout drills on trail. Each class will have a specific topic such as Mud, Rocks, Flats, Downhill, Uphill, Scrambles, Balance, Speed etc.. Agility combined with speed allows you to run the roughest of trails with skill. Workouts will last 1.5 to 2 hours on the roughest trails in Austin.
- No better way to get ready for those fall/early winter races. Learn to dance through the trails!

What: Trail Speed + Agility Boot Camp (5 sessions)
- Session 1 – Water/Mud (intro)
- Session 2- Uphills (hard work)
- Session 3 – Speed (go fast)
- Session 4 – Downhills (face your fears)
- Session 5 – Tame the Trails (test your abilities)
When: Tuesdays @ 6pm starting Sep 7th through Oct 5th
